The Practice

InfoTech Legal Pty Ltd is an incorporated legal practice, in which Colin Mitty is the principal legal practitioner.  

Colin is a lawyer with more than 30 years' experience in the IT industry.

He now specialises in providing legal services in connection with the sale and purchase of information technology products and services.  For 22 years he was the Chief Legal Officer of NTT Australia.

If you are a supplier, he will assist in the creation of supply agreements, advise and assist in the preparation of tenders, assist in the negotiation of the contract when the tender is successful and provide a contract briefing for the people who will be involved in the provision of the goods and/or services.

If you are a purchaser, he can assist in the negotiation of the supply terms, assist in preparation of requests for tender, assist in the assessment of the offers made by the tenderers, and the negotiation of a contract with the successful tenderer.
